1. Who we are
Adbidvertiser (adbidvertiser.com) operates a crowd-powered advertising platform. This policy explains what we collect and why, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
You give us:
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Profile details: your real name, phone number, profile image, advert text, call-to-action link, and category. Payout details are collected only where cash rewards apply.
- Country-market details: your primary advertising country, country-change history, and related admin overrides where country ledgers are enabled.
- Messages you send us through the Contact form.
We collect automatically:
- Exposure analytics: impressions, clicks, hover views, shares, qualified share-page loads, time in position, and the placements where your ad appeared, tied to an anonymous visitor session identifier.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for security, rate-limiting, fraud prevention, coupon-redemption audit trails, ad-report audit trails, and initial country-ledger viewing where enabled.
- Cookies: a session cookie that keeps you logged in and a CSRF cookie that protects form submissions.
From payment providers:
- Payment confirmation data such as a reference, amount, currency, and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number — that is handled entirely by the payment provider.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the service: run your account, place and rank your ad, and process activations and challenges.
- To report performance: show you impressions, clicks, shares, and other exposure analytics.
- To operate rewards and referrals.
- To keep the Platform safe: moderation, fraud detection, chargeback and risk management.
- To communicate with you about your account, verification, and support requests.
4. Public information
When you are on the Public Exposure Ledger, your advert, image, category, scores, country badge where enabled, and ranking are shown publicly, and your ad may be syndicated to partner or sister-site placements. Your name is partially masked (only the last three letters of your first name are shown). Your email, phone, and payment data are never shown publicly.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: payment providers (to take payments), email providers (to send verification and service emails), and authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect the Platform and its users.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a login session cookie and a CSRF-protection cookie. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics measure how your ad performed on this Platform, keyed to an anonymous session, not to a cross-site profile of you.
7. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymous analytics may be kept for reporting. You can ask us to delete your account, subject to records we must retain by law.
8. Security
We protect data with measures including password hashing, transport encryption in production, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us through the Contact page.
10. Children
The Platform is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than yours (for example, by our payment or email providers). Where required, we take steps to protect it in line with applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the Contact page.
